We have made every effort to create safe and delicious products that are Gluten Free. All of our Gluten Free products are made with special care. We bake our gluten free items first thing in the morning to avoid any lingering flour dust. They are kept in a separate case/refrigerator and we use a mixer that is dedicated to gluten free ingredients.
Please note that all sugar products are produced in a common facility that does contain potential allergens and are not certified to be free of wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, etc. We do everything in our power to create allergen-free items, but we do advise that if your allergy is severe to life-threatening, that you refrain from purchase.
